Neighbors Opposing a Polluted Environment (N.O.P.E.) is a non-profit organization serving rural residents, family farmers, and concerned Fulton County citizens who are committed to safeguarding and protecting public health in addition to restoring local control over the placement of livestock-confinement in their neighborhoods and communities.

2020 Meetings Fulton County residents and citizens opposing the proposed 20,000+ hog facilities managed by Professional Swine Management are asked to attend. Meetings are scheduled for the 4th Tuesday (unless there is a conflict) in most cases. Board meetings are scheduled as needed by the officers.
